(d) (4) Make an annual report to the Faculty, and to the Secre-
tary of Health and Mental Hygiene.
(e) (5) Issue certificates of professional standing to physicians for
use in other jurisdictions.
(f) (6) Authorize payment of expenses and compensation to its
members and others.
(g) (7) Hold one or more meetings each year for examination of
applicants. Notice of such meetings shall be made public. The Board
shall also meet whenever requested by the Secretary of Health
and Mental Hygiene.
(h) (8) Maintain a list of all applicants for license in the State.
(i) (9) Maintain a registry of physicians.
(j) (10) Report to the Commission acts by a physician sufficient
to revoke or suspend the license of, or reprimand the physician.
(k) (11) Have a secretary-treasurer and such other officers and
employees as it deems necessary.
(l) (12) Promulgate rules and regulations necessary to give effect
to this subtitle, subject to the approval of the Secretary of Health
and Mental Hygiene.
(m) (13) Establish the fee for examinations, re-examinations,
registration and re-registration. THE MONIES COLLECTED BY
THE FEES, SHALL BE CREDITED TO A SPECIAL FUND
ADMINISTERED BY THE BOARD FROM WHICH ALL EX-
PENSES AND OTHER FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS OF THE
BOARD SHALL BE PAID. AT THE END OF EACH FISCAL
YEAR, ANY MONEY LEFT IN THIS FUND, SHALL BE
CREDITED TO THE GENERAL FUND OF THE STATE. ALL
MONIES COLLECTED UNDER THIS SUBTITLE SHALL BE-
COME GENERAL FUNDS OF THE STATE. SUCH MONIES
SHALL THEREAFTER BE DISBURSED BY THE COMPTROL-
LER, ONLY PURSUANT TO AN APPROPRIATION MADE IN
ACCORDANCE WITH SECTIONS 32 AND 52 OF ARTICLE 3
OF THE CONSTITUTION OR PURSUANT TO THE PROVI-
SIONS OF SECTIONS 1 THROUGH 15, INCLUSIVE, OF AR-
TICLE 15A OF THIS CODE, TITLE "BUDGET AND PROCURE-
MENT," AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.
122. Practice without license.
(a) No person shall practice medicine in this State unless he is
licensed by the Board and is registered in accordance with the pro-
visions of this subheading SUBTITLE except as hereinafter provided.
(b) The following persons may practice without a license, but
subject to rules, regulations and orders of the Board and Commis-
sion:
(1) A resident, PHYSICIAN, intern, or student, or equivalents
at any hospital or office of physician who is engaged in hospital,
dispensary, or similar duties.
(2) A physician licensed by and residing in another jurisdiction
when engaged in consultation with a physician in this State.
