that all physicians who have been registered, and not entitled to be
registered under this subtitle be presented for prosecution to the
State's attorney of the City of Baltimore, and of each county in the
State in which persons so charged, respectively, reside. The sec-
retary-treasurer shall keep the official records of the Board, as pro-
vided for in Section 122 of this subtitle, the examination papers of
applicants for at least three years, after they have been passed upon
by the Board, after which they may be destroyed, and a complete
list of all registered physicians in the entire State. He shall call
to the attention of the State's attorney of Baltimore City and of the
different counties throughout the State all violations of the law under
the subtitle. [He shall collect and hold all moneys belonging to the
Board, for which he shall, upon entering the duties of his office, be
covered by a surety bond in accordance with the provisions of Sec-
tions 46 through 50 of Article 78A of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land. He shall receive from the income of the Board such salary as
the Board may determine.] All moneys collected under this sub-
title shall become general funds of the State. Such moneys shall
thereafter be disbursed by the Comptroller only pursuant to an
appropriation made in accordance with Sections 82 and 52 of Article
8 of the Constitution or pursuant to the provisions of Sections 1
through 15, inclusive, of Article 15A of this Code, title "Budget and
Procurement," as amended from time to time.

A fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be paid to the secretary
of the Board at the time of filing application by each applicant for
examination under this subtitle. Every person licensed under the
provisions of this subtitle for the practice of veterinary medicine
shall be required to pay to the Board an annual registration fee of ten
dollars ($10.00) for the privilege of continuing such license. The
receipts from examination and annual registration fees shall be paid
[to the State Comptroller and shall be placed in a special fund to the
credit of said Board and shall be used to defray the cost of execu-
ting and enforcing the provisions of this subtitle, and any unexpended
balance in said fund at the end of each fiscal year shall be carried
forward to the credit of said fund for the following fiscal year.] over
to the Treasurer and shall become general funds of the State. Such
moneys shall thereafter be disbursed by the Comptroller only pur-
suant to an appropriation made in accordance with Sections 32 and
52 of Article 3 of the Constitution or pursuant to the provisions
of Sections 1 through 15, inclusive, of Article 15A of this Code, title
"Budget and Procurement" as amended from time to time.

The salaries of said Board except for the secretary-treasurer shall
be $20.00 per day for each member, for each and every day upon
which he is engaged upon the duties of the Board and all legitimate
expenses incurred in the discharge of his official duties. The secre-
tary-treasurer of the said Board shall receive a salary to be fixed by
the Board, and not to exceed one thousand dollars per annum; and
all legitimate expenses incurred in the discharge of his official
duties. [He shall pay to the comptroller such funds of the Board
as may be in his possession, and take a receipt thereof. In its annual
reports to the Governor and to the Secretary of Health and Mental
Hygiene, the Board shall render an account of all moneys received
