convenient to carry out the provisions of this section. Every appli-
cant upon presenting himself or herself for examination before the
Board of Law Examiners, shall pay to the treasurer of the Board
such fee, not exceeding twenty-five dollars, as may be fixed by the
Court of Appeals.

[The State Board of Law Examiners shall render an annual
account of their expenses to the Court of Appeals.] All moneys
collected under this subtitle shall be paid over to the Treasurer and
shall become general funds of the State. Such moneys shall there-
after be disbursed by the Comptroller only pursuant to an appropria-
tion made in accordance with Sections 32 and 52 of Article 3 of the
Constitution or pursuant to the provisions of Sections 1 through 15,
inclusive, of Article 15A of this Code, title "Budget and Procure-
ment," as amended from time to time.

Any fraudulent act or representation by any applicant in con-
nection with his or her application, registration or examina-
tion shall be sufficient cause for the revocation of the order admitting
him or her to practice.

Article 32.
9.

The fees collected by the Board shall [be placed in a special fund
to the credit of the Board and shall be used to defray the cost of
executing and enforcing the provisions of this article, including a
salary to the secretary as fixed by the Board and a per diem to each
member of the Board of forty dollars ($40.00) for every day
he is actually employed in the discharge of his official duties, neces-
sary expenses of the secretary and members in the performance of
their duties, and such other expenses as the Board shall deem neces-
sary in carrying out the purposes of this article. The secretary shall
receive all moneys of the Board, and shall account for and pay over
the same to the State Comptroller who shall place them in the
special fund to the credit of the Board and any unexpended balance
on hand at the end of each fiscal year shall be carried forward to the
credit of said fund for the following fiscal year.] be paid over to the
State Treasurer, and shall become general funds of the State. Such
moneys shall thereafter be disbursed by the Comptroller only pur-
suant to an appropriation made in accordance with Sections 32 and
52 of Article 3 of the Constitution or pursuant to the provisions of
Sections 1 through 15, inclusive, of Article 15A of this Code, title
"Budget and Procurement," as amended from time to time.

Article 43.

The Board shall, at its meeting on the first Tuesday in June of each
year, appoint one of its members as secretary-treasurer for the
Board, whose term of office shall last one year, and who shall be
eligible for reappointment, and whose duties shall be as follows:
Within sixty days from the time of his appointment such secretary-
treasurer shall request the Clerk of Circuit Court of Baltimore City
and the clerk of circuit court for each county in the State to furnish
said secretary-treasurer of the Board a list of all physicians who
have been legally registered in such court during the last twelve
months and said clerks shall furnish such lists upon request and the
same shall be retained as official records of such Board. He shall see
