ATRY," "Chiropractic," "Architects," "Cosmetologists," "Physical
Therapy," and "Psychologists' Certification Act," respectively; be and
they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments; that See-

tions 68 and 114 of Article 56 of said Code (1968 Replacement Vol-

ume), title "Licenses," subtitles "Traders," and "Boxing, Sparring
and Wrestling," respectively, be and they are
hereby repealed and re-
SECTION 114 OF ARTICLE 56 OF SAID CODE (1968 REPLACE-
MENT VOLUME), TITLE "LICENSES," SUBTITLE "BOXING,
SPARRING AND WRESTLING," BE AND IT IS HEREBY RE-
PEALED AND RE-enacted, with amendments; that Section 9 of Ar-
ticle 75½ of said Code (1965 Replacement Volume and 1969 Supple-
ment)
(1969 REPLACEMENT VOLUME), title "Professional
Engineers and Land Surveyors," be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments; that Section 1 (f) of Article 75A of said
Code (1965 1969 Replacement Volume), title "Public Account-
ancy," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments;
that Section 35 of Article 1A of. said Code (1968 Replacement Vol-
ume), title "Aeronautics," subtitle "General Provisions," be and it
is hereby repealed; and that Sections 321, 361, 480(e) and 545(d)
of Article 43 of said Code (1965 Replacement Volume AND 1969
SUPPLEMENT), title "Health," subtitle "State Board of Barber
Examiners," "Cosmetologists," "Funeral Directors and Embalmers,"
and Osteopathy," "OSTEOPATHY," AND "COSMETOLOGISTS,"
respectively, be and they are hereby repealed, and all to read as
follows:

Article 1A.
34.

[There is hereby created a fund to be known as the "State
Aviation Fund."] All moneys received from registration fees, fines,
licensing of airports, landing fields, air schools, or other licenses
issued under the provisions of this article, shall be paid into the State
treasury [and credited to such fund.] and shall become general funds
of the State. Such moneys shall thereafter be disbursed by the
Comptroller only pursuant to an appropriation made in accordance
with Sections 32 and 52 of Article 3 of the Constitution or pursuant
to the provisions of Sections 1 through 15, inclusive, of Article 15A
of this Code, title "Budget and Procurement," as amended from time
to time.

[35.

Any moneys or fees coming into the State Aviation Fund may be
used for the necessary expenses of the Commission essential to the
carrying out of this article, but no overdraft shall be created by
reason of any such expenditures.]

Article 10.
3.

(d) The Court of Appeals shall prescribe rules for a uniform
system of bar examination in this State, for registration as afore-
said, for character examination of each applicant, for admission to
the bar; and for the fees to be paid by the applicant; [and for the
compensation of the members of the Board, who shall be paid out of
said fees;] and generally such other rules as may be necessary or
