Medicine," "State Board of Veterinary Examiners," "Commis-
sioners of Pharmacy," "Registered Nurses and Practical Nurses,"
"State Board of Barber Examiners," "Funeral Directors and
Embalmers," "Poditary," "Optometry," "Osteopathy," "PODI-
ATRY," "Chiropractic," "Architects," "Cosmetologists," "Physi-
cal Therapy," and "Psychologists' Certification Act," respectively;
to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 68 and 114 of
Article 56 of said Code (1968 Replacement Volume), title "Li-
censes," subtitles "Traders," and "Boxing, Sparring and Wrest-
ling," respectively;
RE-ENACT, WITH AMENDMENTS, SEC-
TION 114 OF ARTICLE 56 OF THE SAID CODE (1968
REPLACEMENT VOLUME), TITLE "LICENSES", SUBTITLE
"BOXING, SPARRING AND WRESTLING,"; to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, Section 9 of Article 75½ of said Code
(1965 Replacement Volume and 1969 Supplement) (1969 RE-
PLACEMENT VOLUME), title "Professional Engineers and Land
Surveyors"; to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 1(f)
of Article 75A of said Code (1965 1969 Replacement Volume) title
"Public Accountancy"; and to repeal Section 35 of Article 1A of
said Code (1968 Replacement Volume), title "Aeronautics," sub-
title "General Provisions"; to repeal Sections 321, 361, 480(e), and
545(d) of Article 43 of said Code (1965 Replacement Volume and
1969 Supplement), title "Health," subtitles "State Board of Barber
Examiners," "Cosmetologists," "Funeral Directors and Em-
balmers," and "Osteopathy," AND "COSMETOLOGISTS," respec-
tively; to remove the authorization of certain Articles of the
Code to provide Special Funds for certain State agencies, to
provide that monies collected by certain State agencies be paid
into the State Treasury, and to provide that certain State
agencies shall be operated only pursuant to appropriations
made in accordance with Sections 32 and 52 of Article 3 of the
Constitution or pursuant to the provisions of Sections 1 through
15, inclusive, of Article 15A of this Code, title "Budget and Pro-
curement," as amended from time to time AND TO PROVIDE
FOR THE DISPOSITION OF THE BALANCES AS OF JUNE
30, 1970, IN THE SPECIAL FUNDS.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 34 of Article 1A of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1968 Replacement Volume), title "Aeronautics," subtitle "General
Provisions" be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments; that Section 3(d) of Article 10 of said Code (1969 1968 Re-
placement Volume), title "Attorneys at Law and Attorneys in Fact,"
subtitle "Admission to the Bar," be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments; that Section 9 of Article 32 of said
Code (1969 Supplement), title "Dentistry," subtitle "In General,"
be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments; that
Sections 121, 155, 259, 294(b), 314, 316(a), 360, 371, 472, 493, 509,
518(h), 545(c), 606, and 638 of Article 43 of said Code (1965
Replacement Volume and 1969 Supplement), title "Health," subtitles
"Practitioners of Medicine," "State Board of Veterinary Examiners,"
"Commissioners of Pharmacy," "Registered Nurses and Practical
