Maryland State Plumbing Code was adopted in Charles County, and
who has passed a regular or special examination for a license as a
master plumber, shall be granted a master plumber's license in
Charles County by the Board of County Commissioners of Charles
County or such agency as designated by the Board of County Com-
missioners.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1970.

AN ACT to repeal Section 250 of Article 66C of the Annotated Code
of Maryland, (1967 Replacement Volume), title "Natural Re-
sources," subtitle "Fish and Fisheries," subheading "Part 1. Gen-
eral Provisions," to renumber Section 252A as Section 250 of said
Article, title, subtitle and subheading; and to repeal and re-enact
with amendments Section 252 of said Article, title, subtitle and
subheading, to repeal the law prohibiting vessels or boats from
anchoring or staying in any fishery of the waters of this State
and to make it unlawful to sink any obstruction in the berth or
haul of any fishery.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 250 of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land, (1967 Replacement Volume), title "Natural Resources," sub-
title "Fish and Fisheries," subheading "Part 1. General Provi-
sions," be and it is hereby repealed; that Section 252A be and it
is hereby renumbered as Section 250 of said Article, title, subtitle
and subheading; and that Section 252 of said Article, title, sub-
title and subheading, be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments, to read as follows:

No vessel or boat of any description, unless compelled to do so
by stress or weather or any other unavoidable accident, shall be
anchored or stayed in any fishery of the waters of this State at
any time during the shad and herring season, but shall depart
within one half hour when ordered to do so by the owner or oc-
cupier of such fishery.]
[252A.] 250.
It shall be unlawful for any person to fasten, tie or anchor any
boat to or in any other way interfere with any other person's fishing
nets, stakes or other personal property in or close to the waters
of this State.
