belonging to the fund, together with interest and accretions earned
upon such payments or investments. The fund shall be administered
separately by the Commissioner in accordance with the provisions
of this section.
(3) Claims found by the Commissioner to be eligible under sub-
section (2) shall be paid out of the Fund as soon as they have been
approved or settled under this section or under the corresponding
laws of another jurisdiction.
[(g) Any assured under such a policy of insurance who pays,
in whole or in part, any injured party claim which is eligible for
payment in whole or in part, from the fund, shall thereupon be
surrogated to the rights of such injured party against the fund but
in no event in excess of the amount of such subrogee's claim as
allowed in the proceeding under Sections 132 through 164A, inclusive,
of this article, subtitle "Rehabilitation and Liquidation."]
(g) Upon payment to any claimant under subsection (b) the
Fund shall be subrogated to the claimant's full right of recovery
against the insurer, its rehabilitator, receiver or conservator. The
Fund shall retain from any moneys recovered, the amount it has paid
to the claimant and expended to force the recovery and pay over any
balance to the claimant.
(2) The claimant shall cooperate with the Fund in protecting
its rights under (1) above, and if cooperation is unreasonably with-
held, the Fund shall have a right to recover from the claimant any
payment made to him.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1970.

AN ACT to add new Section 333A to Article 43 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1965 Replacement Volume), title "Health," sub-
title "Plumbing," to follow immediately after Section 333 thereof,
to provide that a resident of Charles County who has worked as a
licensed journeyman plumber for ten FIVE years before April
1967, and who has passed a regular or special examination for a
license as a master plumber shall be granted such a license in
Charles County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 333A be and it is hereby added to Article 43 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Replacement Volume), title
"Health," subtitle "Plumbing," to follow immediately after Section
333 thereof, and to read as follows:
333 A.
Any Charles County resident who has worked as a licensed jour-
neyman plumber for ten FIVE years before April 1967, when the
