GAME WILL UNDULY DISTURB THE PEACE AND QUIET
OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD IN WHICH THE APPLICANT PRO-
POSES TO OPERATE A BINGO GAME.
(7) NO LICENSE TO OPERATE A BINGO GAME SHALL
BE ISSUED FOR OTHER THAN A PERMANENT TYPE OF
BUILDING, WHICH BUILDING SHALL BE UNDER ROOF.
NOTHING IN THIS PROVISION SHALL BE CONSTRUED TO
PREVENT THE OPERATION OF BINGO IN NON-PERMANENT
TYPE BUILDINGS BY THOSE ORGANIZATIONS NOT RE-
QUIRED TO OBTAIN A LICENSE TO OPERATE BINGO.
(8) NO NA, NB OR NC LICENSE SHALL PERMIT THE
OPERATION OF ANY BINGO GAME ON ANY SUNDAY.
(9) THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF CALVERT COUNTY
MAY REVOKE ANY BINGO LICENSE WHEN THE LICENSEE
HAS BEEN FOUND GUILTY BY A COURT OF COMPETENT
JURISDICTION OF VIOLATING ANY PROVISION OF THIS
ACT.
(10) NO CLASS NA, CLASS NB, CLASS NC, CLASS ND OR
CLASS NE LICENSE SHALL BE REQUIRED FOR THE OP-
ERATION OF ANY SUCH BINGO GAME BY ANY PATRIOTIC,
EDUCATIONAL, RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE, BENEVOLENT
OR CIVIC ORGANIZATION OR VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY
OR OTHER AGENCY AUTHORIZED BY LAW TO OPERATE
ANY SUCH GAME.
(11) PRESENT HOLDERS OF CLASS NA, CLASS NB AND
CLASS NC BINGO LICENSES SHALL BE PERMITTED TO
CONTINUE TO OPERATE BINGO GAMES UNDER THE LI-
CENSES NOW HELD UNTIL THE EXPIRATION DATE OF
THE LICENSES WITHOUT PAYMENT OF ANY ADDITIONAL
LICENSE FEE THEREFOR, BUT SUBJECT NEVERTHELESS
TO ALL OF THE REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY THIS SECTION.
(12) NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING CONTAINED IN
THIS SECTION ALL APPLICATIONS REQUIRED FOR ANY
TYPE OF LICENSE SHALL BE SIGNED AND SWORN TO BY
THE APPLICANT UPON FORMS PROVIDED THEREFOR BE-
FORE ANY LICENSE SHALL BE ISSUED. THE COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO MAKE AN
INVESTIGATION PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF SUCH LI-
CENSE, BUT MAY REFUSE SUCH LICENSE ON THE FACTS
DISCLOSED BY THE APPLICATION; OR, IF UPON INVESTIGA-
TION BY THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS IT BE FOUND THAT
THE PERSON OR CORPORATION REQUESTING THE ISSU-
ANCE OF SUCH LICENSE HAS MADE A FALSE STATEMENT
IN THE APPLICATION OR THAT THE OPERATION OF BINGO
GAMES AT THE PROPOSED PREMISES WOULD CREATE A
NUISANCE OR BE DETRIMENTAL TO THE PEACE, MORALS
AND WELFARE OF THE COMMUNITY, THEN THE COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS MAY FORTHWITH REVOKE SUCH LI-
CENSE AND THE APPLICANT SHALL BE SUBJECT TO ALL
THE PENALTIES PROVIDED BY LAW.
(c) The County Commissioners are hereby authorized to deter-
mine the election districts and precincts of the county in which such
games of bingo may be conducted or operated, and to determine
