which shall be built a platform for the purpose of shooting therefrom.
It shall be unlawful to erect, set, or maintain any blind at a greater
distance than 300 yards from the natural shore from which same
may be erected. Said blinds shall not be less than 500 yards apart
measured in a straight line unless otherwise provided. Except on
irregular shore lines in creeks, coves, bays and indentations, where
it is impossible to place duck blinds 500 yards apart, the Director
may permit duck blinds to be placed not less than 400 yards apart
nor less than 150 yards from the dividing line as provided in Section
161 of this Article and may, where the circumstances require and
with such regard for the rights of adjoining owners, designate the
points with respect to distances from the shore and distances from
the dividing line between the properties at which blinds may be
placed.

(b) It shall be unlawful on any of the rivers of this State for
any person to erect, set, or maintain a blind at a farther distance
from the shore than one-half of said river where said river is less
than 600 yards in width, nor shall any person place any blind on
any of the rivers across any channel where said channel runs near
the center of said river.]

155.

(a)    It shall be unlawful for any person, DURING THE SEASON
FOR WATERFOWL HUNTING OR WITHIN FIFTEEN DAYS
BEFORE THE OPENING OF THE SEASON, to place or otherwise
distribute, or to authorize or direct or permit the distribution of any
wheat, corn, rice, other grain, salt or any other feed of any kind,
except as to growing crops, so as to lure migratory game birds, in-
cluding but not limited to wild waterfowl, to, by or over any shooting
site on said property where the hunting of said game birds will be
permitted or will take place, provided however, that nothing herein
contained shall prevent or make unlawful the hunting or attempting
to hunt said game birds in or over standing or flooded crops, includ-
ing aquatics, or in or over any land or water whereon said feed
has been scattered solely as a result of normal agricultural operations
or other natural causes.

(b)    It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt or attempt to
hunt any migratory game birds, including, but not limited to wild
waterfowl, if he knows, or in the exercise of reasonable diligence
should have known that wheat, corn, rice, grain, salt or other feed
of any kind had or has been placed, exposed or deposited in a location
for the purpose of luring said game birds to, by or over said hunting
blind or site.

(c)    In enforcing the provisions of subsection (a), there shall be
a presumption that the person who has the custody or control of the
land or water on or in which wheat, corn, grain, salt or other feed is
placed as aforesaid (other than that occurring from normal agricul-
tural operations or other natural causes) placed, distributed or
knowingly allowed said placement, exposure or distribution.

(d)    Any person violating any of the provisions of this section
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof before
any court of this State MAY be fined NOT more than one hundred
dollars ($100.00) or MAY BE sentenced to thirty (30) days in jail,
or both; and for each subsequent offense and conviction thereof
