County AND CECIL COUNTY within the Susquehanna Flats as de-
fined in Section [165] 166 herein, [and in such waters the only license
required shall be the license required under Section 173 of this Ar-
ticle.] unless made so by regulation of the Department of Game and
Inland Fish.

(d)    It shall be lawful to hunt wild waterfowl by a licensed body
booting rig as hereinbefore defined and regulated in the tidal waters
of the State in such area or areas and on such days as may be pro-

body booter, except as otherwise provided in this Article.

(e)    For the purposes of this subsection a "floating or boat blind"

a licensed blind site for the purpose of hunting wild waterfowl. It
shall be lawful to hunt from said rigs, as above defined, on such days
and in such open areas of the Chesapeake Bay proper and of the
Potomac River below the Morgantown Bridge as may be provided
for by regulation of the Department of Game and Inland Fish, pro-

blind unless the legal owner or resident co-owner accompanies the rig.

(f)    All owners of riparian rights, owning the required amount of
shoreline, their lessees, licensees, or assignees, by virtue of said rights,
shall have the
SOLE right to hunt from floating or boat blinds and
rigs and body boot in an area which they have protected by licensed
blind or blind site, as provided in Section 154(a), provided however,
that said rigs shall not be used within two hundred and fifty (250)
yards of the dividing line of any property owned by them and the
adjoining property bordering on said waters projected as defined in
Section 161 of this Article and, providing further, that no such rigs
shall be placed further from shore than as provided in Sections
154(d) and 157 of this Article, whichever may be applicable.

(g)    All owners of riparian rights, their lessees, licensees or as-
signees owning less than the required amount of shore front and ob-
taining their blind site licenses from the period October 11 to Octo-
ber 21, inclusive, may hunt from floating or boat blinds tied or
anchored at their blind site and may body boot at said site even
though the same may be less than two hundred and fifty (250)
yards from the adjoining shore owner, provided however, that said
blind site be not less than three hundred (300) yards from any pre-
viously licensed blind or blind site.

(h) All non-owners of shoreline obtaining their blind or blind
site licenses from the period October 22 to November 1, inclusive,
