(2)    To lend his license to any other person or knowingly permit
the use thereof by another;

(3)    To display or represent as his own any license not issued to
him;

(4)    To fail or refuse to surrender to the department upon its
lawful demand any license which has been suspended, revoked, or
cancelled;

(5)    To use a false or fictitious name in any application for a
license or knowingly to make a false statement or knowingly to con-
ceal a material fact or otherwise commit a fraud in any application;

(6)    To permit any unlawful use of a license issued to him;

(7)    To do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required
by this subtitle; or

(8)    Knowingly or fraudulently to obtain or attempt to obtain
a license by misrepresentation.

§ 6-801.1. Fraudulently using false or fictitious name in application.

Any resident or non-resident, of Maryland, whose operator's or
chauffeur's license or other driving privilege has been refused, can-
celled, suspended, or revoked as provided in this Article, or as pro-
vided in the applicable law of the jurisdiction which issued the non-
resident's license or other driving privilege because such person prior
thereto has been convicted of or has forfeited collateral for an offense
or offenses committed in Maryland or another jurisdiction, and who
thereafter fraudulently uses a false or fictitious name in any appli-
cation for an operator's or chauffeur's license or for any other driv-
ing privilege shall be guilty of a felony.

§ 6-302. Omitted.

§ 6-303. Driving while privilege is cancelled, suspended, refused,
or revoked.

Any person who drives a motor vehicle on any public highway of
this State at a time his license or privilege so to do is
CANCELLED,
refused, suspended, or revoked is guilty of a misdemeanor.

§ 6-304. Permitting unauthorized minor to drive.

No person shall cause or knowingly permit his child or ward under
the age of 15 years to drive a motor vehicle upon any highway (1)
when the minor is not authorized hereunder, or (2) in violation of
any of the provisions of this subtitle.

§ 6-305. Permitting unauthorized person to drive.

No person shall authorize or knowingly permit a motor vehicle
owned by him or under his control (1) to be driven upon any high-
way by any person who is not authorized hereunder or (2) in viola-
tion of any of the provisions of this subtitle.
