§ 8-819. Credit for registration fees payable by certain corpora-
tions, railroads, public utilities and contract carriers.

Domestic corporations, the shares of which are subject to taxa-
tion under the law, and railroads, public utilities and contract car-
riers, the operating property of which is assessed by the State Tax
Commission, shall pay the registration fees provided in this part
for the designated classes of vehicles, less credit to be applied in
accordance with the following schedule:
