House Bill No. 10—By Delegate Boyer:

An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 3 of Chapter
733 of the Laws of 1968 to increase the maximum interest rate on bonds
issued under the Kent County school bonds issue authorized by this chapter.

House Bill No. 11—By the Speaker:

An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 51 (c) and
Section 45 (b) (d) and (h) of Chapter 780 of the Laws of Maryland, 1959,
(being also subsection (c) of Section 59-56, and subsections (b) (d) and
(h) of Section 59-50, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's
County, 1963 Edition and 1967 Supplement, as amended, and subsection
(c) of Section 70-62 and subsections (b) (d) and (h) of Section 70-56 of
the Montgomery County Code, 1965 Edition, as amended, being Articles
17 and 16, respectively, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
titles "Prince George's County" and "Montgomery County," subtitle "Park
and Planning Commission,") to increase the bond limit, and the manda-
tory bond guarantee park tax, of the Commission in Prince George's County
from seven cents to eight and one-half cents for the current fiscal year and
to ten cents thereafter.

House Bill No. 12—By the Speaker:

An Act relating to the Washington Suburban Sanitary District, to
repeal Sections 83-63 (c) and 71-11 (c) of the Public Local Laws of Prince
George's County (1963 Edition) and of the Montgomery County Code
(1965 Edition), respectively, and to repeal and re-enact, with amend-
ments, Sections 83-69(a) (b) and 71-17(a) (b) of said Codes, respectively,
being Articles 17 and 16, respectively, of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, titles "Prince George's County" and "Montgomery County,"
subtitle "Washington Suburban Sanitary District," relating to bond an-
ticipation notes which may be issued by the Washington Suburban Sani-
tary District and providing for increasing the maximum maturity period
of such notes and the maximum rate of interest which may be paid on
such notes, and specifying the maximum amount of such notes which may
be issued and outstanding at any one time.

House Bill No. 13—By the Speaker:

An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 1 and 2 of
Chapter 100 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1969, amending the
law which authorized the issue of certain public school bonds in Caroline
County in order to remove therefrom certain references therein to a net
average interest rate thereon.
