Ordered, that the monies appropriated for the expenses of this Special
Session of 1969 as set forth in the Appropriation Bill, be paid upon the
joint order of the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of
Delegates.

Ordered, that the Speaker shall appoint the employees necessary for
the proper transaction of the business of this Special Legislative Session
of 1969 as provided for in the budget, this order to remain in effect until
changed or modified by the Maryland House of Delegates.
