Hughes: Ladies and Gentlemen of the House of Delegates: We have received your message that the Governor has signified his intention to address the General Assembly on Tuesday, January 7, 1969, at 12:00 o'clock, and proposing a joint meeting of the General Assembly in the Chamber, of the House of Delegates at that time. We respectfully concur in your message and have appointed on behalf of the Senate, Senators Clark and Hall as members of the joint committee to notify the Governor of the joint session of the General Assembly and to escort the Governor to the Chamber of the House of Delegates.
