ROUTE # 216 AND THE LINES OF THE DISTRICT TRAINING
SCHOOL IN A SOUTHEASTERLY DIRECTION TO WHERE
THE DIVISION LINE OF THE DISTRICT TRAINING SCHOOL
CROSSES MARYLAND ROUTE # 198; THENCE CROSSING
MARYLAND ROUTE # 198 AND FOLLOWING THE LINES OF
THE DISTRICT TRAINING SCHOOL IN A SOUTHEASTERLY
AND NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION AND RECROSSING
MARYLAND ROUTE # 198 TO A POINT WHERE THE DIS-
TRICT TRAINING SCHOOL LINE INTERSECTS THE FORT
GEORGE G. MEADE RESERVATION LINE; THENCE WITH
THE LINES OF THE FORT GEORGE G. MEADE RESERVATION
IN A GENERAL SOUTHEASTERLY LINE TO THE PLACE OF
BEGINNING; provided, however, that the provisions of this subsec-
tion shall not prevent the lawful transfer or assignment of any exist-
ing license within said precinct THIS DISTRICT to any OTHER
location within said precinct DISTRICT. The provisions of this sub-
section shall not apply to the issuance, CHANGE OF CLASSIFICA-
TION or transfer of licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages to,
IN, OR WITHIN the remainder of Anne Arundel County and the
City of Annapolis. The provisions of this subsection shall be effective
only until June 1 30, 1971, AND SHALL NOT AFFECT ANY AP-
PLICATIONS MADE PRIOR TO JUNE 30, 1969.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 30, 1969.

(House Bill 1316)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 436 of
the Charter and Public Local Laws of Baltimore City (1949
Edition, being Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland), title "Baltimore City," subtitle "People's Court,"
as last amended by Chapter 667 of the Acts of 1968, amending
the Local Laws concerning the People's Court of Baltimore City
in order to increase salaries of the several judges thereof AND
PROHIBITING SUPPLEMENTATION OF SALARIES.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 436 of the Charter and Public Local Laws of Baltimore
City (1949 Edition, being Article 4 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "Baltimore City," subtitle "People's Court,"
as last amended by Chapter 667 of the Acts of 1968, be and it is here-
by repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

436.

The Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City shall pay to the
chief judge of the People's Court of Baltimore City a salary of
[$22,000.00] twenty five thousand nine hundred and twenty-five
dollars ($25,925.00)
TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUN-
DRED DOLLARS ($25,500.00) per annum payable monthly, and
