allowed shall be continued, and for each defendant named in any
suit in excess of two an additional fee of $1.50 shall be added to
the costs. The entire amount of such fees shall be paid over monthly
to the County Commissioners by the justice of the peace to whom said
filing fees were paid.
21 (e).
In Washington County, notwithstanding any other provision of
this section, any defendant who shall be found guilty and ordered as
part of his punishment to pay the costs shall pay the sum of three
dollars ($3.00) for each criminal warrant.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

CHAPTER 386
(House Bill 966)
AN ACT to add new Section 21 (m) to Article 66B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1968 Supplement), title "Zoning and Plan-
ning," subtitle "Planning," subheading "Title 2—Zoning," to fol-
low immediately after Section 21(1), thereof to establish stand-
ards for conditional zoning reclassification in Calvert County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
.That new Section 21 (m) be and it is hereby added to Article 66B of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Supplement), title "Zoning
and Planning," subtitle "Planning," subheading "Title 2—Zoning,"
to follow immediately after Section 21(1) thereof, and to read as
follows:
21.
(m) In Calvert County, any land granted a zoning reclassifica-
tion upon the fulfillment of any condition or conditions shall revert
back to its original classification if such condition or conditions are
not fulfilled within a period of twenty-four (24.) months from the
date of reclassification.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.
