ments, Sections 13(j), 14(i), 15(g) and 16(h) of said Article
and Title, subtitle "Beer and Light Wine Licenses," and to repeal
and re-enact, with amendments, Section 18 (k) of said Article and
Title, subtitle "Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses," to revise the
alcoholic beverage license fees in Prince George's County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 8(i), 9(i), 10(i), and 11(k) of Article 2B of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume), title
"Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Beer Licenses," Sections 13(j),
14 (i), 15(g) and 16(h) of said Article and Title, subtitle "Beer and
Light Wine Licenses," and Sections 18 (k) of said Article and Title,
subtitle "Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses," be and the same are
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

8.                                                                                                       

(i) In Prince George's County the annual license fee shall be one
hundred and [twenty-five] fifty dollars [$125.00] ($150.00).

(i) In Prince George's County the annual license fee shall be one
hundred and [fifty] seventy-five dollars [$150.00] ($175.00).

10.

(i) In Prince George's County the annual license fee shall be one
hundred and [twenty-five] fifty dollars [$125.00] ($150.00).

11.

(k) In Prince George's County the annual license fee shall be one
hundred and [fifty] seventy-five dollars [$150.00] ($175.00).

13.

(j) In Prince George's County the annual license fee shall be one
hundred and [twenty-five] fifty dollars [$125.00] ($150.00).

14.

(i) In Prince George's County the annual license fee shall be
[one] two hundred and [eighty-five] ten dollars [$185.00] ($210.00).

15.

(g) In Prince George's County the annual license fee shall be one
hundred and [twenty-five] fifty [$125.00] ($150.00).

16.

(h) In Prince George's County the annual license fee shall be
[one] two hundred and [eighty-five] ten dollars [$185.00] ($210.00).

18.

(k) In Prince George's County the license fee shall be five hun-
dred and sixty dollars [$500.00] ($560.00) annually.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.
