AN ACT to add new Section 109(a) 38(a) to Article 26 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Replacement Volume), title
"Courts," subtitle "Municipal Court of Baltimore City," to follow
immediately after Section 109 (a)38 thereof, to provide for juris-
diction of the Municipal Court of Baltimore City for the sale of
diseased, corrupted or unwholesome food as prohibited by Section
175 of Article 43.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 109 (a) 38(a) be and it is hereby added to Article
26 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Replacement Volume),
title "Courts," subtitle "Municipal Court of Baltimore City," to follow
immediately after Section 109 (a) 38 thereof, and to read as follows:

109(a).

38(a) Sale of diseased, corrupted or unwholesome food under
Maryland Code, Article 43, Section 175.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 224A(b)
of Article 48A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Supple-
ment), title "Insurance Code," subtitle "15. Unfair Trade Prac-
tices," to delete "insurance included in the memberships of an
automobile club as defined in Article 66½, Section 320A," as an
exception to this section.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 224A(b) of Article 48A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1968 Supplement), title "Insurance Code," subtitle "15.
Unfair Trade Practices," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
