Be Taxed and Where," providing a tax exemption on property,
both real and personal, owned by the Boy Scouts of the United
States of America and its councils, units and troops in the State
of Maryland.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 9(33) of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1965 Replacement Volume), title "Revenue and Taxes," sub-
title "What Shall Be Taxed and Where," be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

9.

(33) Property, real and personal, owned by the [Baltimore Area
Council, the Potomac Area Council, the Washington Area Council,
and the National Capitol Area Council, Boy Scouts of America, Inc.,
and the Del-Mar-Va Council, Inc., Boy Scouts of America] Boy Scouts
of the United States of America and its councils, units and troops in
the State of Maryland.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

CHAPTER 327
(House Bill 664)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, subsection (m)
and subsection (y) of Section 81 of Article 66˝ of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1967 Replacement Volume and 1968 Supple-
ment), title "Motor Vehicles," subtitle "Administration—Registra-
tion—Titling," to provide for the clarification of the usage of
motorcycle dealer registration plates and trailer dealer registra-
tion plates.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That subsection (m) and subsection (y) of Section 81 of Article 66˝
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1967 Replacement Volume and
1968 Supplement), title "Motor Vehicles," subtitle "Administration—
Registration—Titling," be and they are hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments to read as follows:

81.

(m) Class L, motorcycle dealer.—Thirty dollars ($30.00) per
annum for the first four registration plates issued a dealer in motor-
cycles and seven dollars ($7.00) for each additional plate issued
such dealer, such plates to be interchangeable [as in the case of
dealers in other motor vehicles] on motorcycles.

(y) Class Y, trailer dealer.—Trailer dealers, as defined by this
Article, shall pay fifteen dollars ($15.00) per annum for the first
two registration plates issued and seven dollars ($7.00) for each
