(Senate Bill 362)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 110A (a)
of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Supple-
ment), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Agriculture," subhead-
ing "Cloud Seeding," to extend the prohibition of cloud seeding or
any other artificial form of weather modification.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 110A (a) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1968 Supplement), title "Natural Resources," subtitle
"Agriculture," subheading "Cloud Seeding," be and it is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

110A.

(a) In or over any part of the State, for a period beginning on
July 1, [1968] 1969, and ending on September 1, [1969] 1971, it is
unlawful for any person to engage in any form of cloud seeding or
any other artificial form of weather modification.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

AN ACT to add a new Section 459B to the Code of Public Local Laws
of Baltimore City (1949 Edition, being Article 4 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Baltimore City," subtitle
"Landlord and Tenant," to follow immediately after Section 459A
thereof, as enacted by Chapter 459 of the Acts of 1968, amending
the local laws of Baltimore City concerning Landlords and Tenants,
in order to restrict and regulate certain actions by a landlord in
relation to or in retaliation for certain requests or complaints by a
tenant.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 459B be and it is hereby added to the Code of
Public Local Laws of Baltimore City (1949 Edition, being Article 4
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Baltimore
