(4) "Sales barns" shall include all establishments where horses
are sold. All references to horse riding and boarding stables shall
also apply to sales barns.

130D.

Any person violating any provision of this [section] subtitle shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof be impri-
soned for not more than eleven (11) months or be fined not more
than two hundred fifty dollars ($250) or be subject to both imprison-
ment and fine.

144A.

Any dealer or seller who dispenses and/or sells motor vehicle
fuel in this State shall not engage in, promote, or in any way operate
or perform any contest or game, by or through the use of any scheme
or device which for the purpose of promoting, furthering or adver-
tising any business or product, whereby a person or persons may
receive gifts, prizes or gratuities as determined by chance and the
fact that no purchase is required in order to participate in the con-
test or game does not exclude such contest or game from the pro-
vision of this [article] section.

233.

(b) For taking any written examination in order to be a real
estate broker, a fee of ten dollars ($10.00), or real estate salesman,
a fee of five dollars ($5.00).

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

CHAPTER 210
(Senate Bill 208)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 167 (a)
and 167 (c) of Article 66½ of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1967 Replacement Volume and 1968 Supplement), title "Motor
Vehicles," subtitle "Unsatisfied Claim and Judgment Fund," and
to add new Section 167 (g) to the same Article, title and subtitle,
to change the procedure for bringing actions against the Board
in claims for damage arising out of injuries or deaths caused by
unidentified operators. , and to require that applicants comply with
requirements of motor vehicle law in respect to reporting accidents.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 167 (a) and 167 (c) of Article 66½ of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1967 Replacement Volume and 1968 Supple-
ment) , title "Motor Vehicles," subtitle "Unsatisfied Claim and Judg-
ment Fund," be and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, and new Section 167 (g) be and it is hereby added to
