pose, in the amount of $550,000, to be pay-
able out of revenues and grants which are
the source of funds for the payment of
budget appropriations payable out of Special
and Federal funds; this amount being esti-
mated and it being the intent that the actual
amount, whether it be more or less, shall be
made available to supplement the appropria-
tion for this purpose.
