AN ACT, To repeal the prohibition against riding a bicycle on any
sidewalk, by repealing sections 18-4 and 18-5 of the Baltimore County
Code, 1958, title "Motor Vehicles and Traffic," article "In General."
Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
BALTIMORE COUNTY, MARYLAND, That sections 18-4 and 18-5 of
the Baltimore County Code, 1958, title "Motor Vehicles and Traffic," article
"In General," be and they are hereby repealed, as follows:
Sec. 18-4. Vacant
Sec. 18-5. Vacant
Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency measure affecting the public health,
safety or welfare, and, having been passed by the affirmative vote of
five members of the County Council, the same shall take effect from the
date of its enactment.

AN ACT, To provide an additional pension for judges of the Court
of Special Appeals, who reside in Baltimore County, and their
widows by repealing and re-enacting with amendments Section 7-19.1
of the Baltimore County Code, 1958 (1966 Cumulative Supplement)
title "Courts, Fines, Forfeitures and Imprisonment," Article 1. Cir-
cuit Court.
Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
BALTIMORE COUNTY, MARYLAND, that Section 7-19.1 of the Balti-
more County Code, 1958 (1966 Cumulative Supplement) title "Courts,
Fines, Forfeitures, and Imprisonment," Article 1. Circuit Court, be and it
is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read as follows:
Section 7-19.1. Judges' pensions.
Every judge of the Third Judicial Circuit elected by the qualified
voters of Baltimore County, who resides in Baltimore County and who
regularly serves in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, [and] every
