2038 MUNICIPAL CHARTERS
Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
BALTIMORE COUNTY, MARYLAND, That section 32-1.1 be and it is
hereby added to the Baltimore County Code, 1958, title "Waters, Sewers
and Sewage Disposal," article "Sewage Disposal Generally," said new sec-
tion to read as follows:
Sec. 32-1.1. Discharge from Sewage Treatment Plant.
No person shall permit any EFFLUENT, human waste matter or
residue therefrom to be discharged from a sewage treatment plant into any
river, stream, lake, pond or other body of water located within Baltimore
County, without first obtaining the written approval of the Director of
Public Works, Director of Planning, and the County Health Officer, and
without obtaining the affirmative vote of a majority of the County Council
of Baltimore County.
Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency measure affecting the public health,
safety or welfare, and, having been passed by the affirmative vote of
five members of the County Council, the same shall take effect from the
date of its enactment.

An Act, To provide for the expeditious removal from the streets
and highways of Baltimore County of tenant's goods following an
eviction under a warrant of restitution and to amend the People's
Court costs regarding warrants of restitution, by adding new section
16-5.1 to the Baltimore County Code, 1958, title "Landlord and Ten-
ant," and by repealing and re-enacting with amendments section 7-49
(a) of the Baltimore County Code, 1958, (1966 Cumulative Supple-
ment) title "Courts, Fines, Forfeitures and Imprisonment," Article
II, "People's Court."
