animals of any kind, to shoot or discharge any firearm or other deadly
weapon within one hundred fifty yards of an occupied dwelling house,
residence, or other building or camp occupied by human beings, the
area within said distance being hereby defined as a "safety zone,"
or to shoot at any wild bird or wild animal while it is within such
safety zone, without the specific advance permission of the owner
or occupant thereof.

It shall be unlawful for any person while hunting to dig in or
drive a motor vehicle on any cleared field except with the permission
of the owner, tenant, or other person in charge of such land; or to
park or leave standing any motor vehicle in such manner as to block
the means of ingress or egress to any person's property, cattle ways
or fields.

During any open hunting or trapping season it is unlawful for any
person, other than the owner or occupant to wilfully hunt for, pursue,
disturb, or otherwise chase any wild animal or bird within the safety
zone designated in the [preceding] first paragraph, of this sub-
section,
without the specific advance permission of the owner or
occupant thereof.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this section
shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than
fifty dollars and costs of prosecution.

(c) The Department of Game and Inland Fish may issue special
licenses to nonresidents to hunt on regulated shooting grounds for
wild turkey, pheasant, bobwhite, quail, chukar partridge and mallard
ducks only as follows: The applicant, if a nonresident of the State of
Maryland, shall pay to the issuing agent with whom he or she files
his or her application, the sum of three dollars and fifty cents ($3.50)
as a license fee. The agent shall thereupon issue a license and tag to
be supplied to said agent by the Director and the license shall bear
the signature of the Director and shall be countersigned by the
agent issuing the same, who shall at the same time fill out a stub
attached to the license blank, the name and address of the licensee
and shall then detach said stub and mail to the Director the first day
of each [any] and every month in each year, said license shall be
void on the thirtieth day of June in each year following the date of
issue.

The agent shall retain as compensation for issuing each of the
above licenses, the sum of fifty cents (50¢) the balance of said fee
to be paid and accounted for as prescribed by law in this article,
and the agent shall deliver the license properly executed to the ap-
plicant in person or by mail without further cost; said licensee shall
insert his or her name on the license in ink at the time of purchase.
Such license shall not be transferable and if used or presented by
any person other than the person to whom it was issued, such license
shall be confiscated by the Director, any wildlife officer, constable or
other officer
