Should the answer of such applicant be in the affirmative to each
such question, it shall be the duty of said Board to allow such applicant
to register. But should such applicant refuse to answer all such questions,
or should the answer of such applicant be in the negative to any such
question, then such applicant shall not be allowed to register. Should any
applicant answer any question falsely, he shall be guilty of the crime of
perjury and subject to the penalties provided by the law of the State of
Maryland. Any applicant who feels that he has been aggrieved by any
ruling of said Board as to his eligibility to register, may appeal to the
Circuit Court for Wicomico County, which Court shall determine such
appeal.
(m) Commissioners. Any resident of the Town who shall be a
registered voter of the Town of Fruitland, who shall not have been con-
victed of a felony or a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, shall be
eligible for the Office of Commissioner.
Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, ENACTED AND
ORDAINED BY THE FRUITLAND COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF
FRUITLAND, MARYLAND, that this Charter Amendment shall take
effect fifty (50) days from the date of passage hereof.

Resolution No. 6-60
A Resolution repealing and re-enacting Section 3 of the Charter of
the Town of Gaithersburg. The said re-enacted Section shall contain
the description of the boundaries of the Town of Gaithersburg.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of
Gaithersburg, Maryland, pursuant to the provisions of Article XIE of the
Constitution of Maryland, the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957, the
1959 Cumulative Supplement to the Annotated Code of Maryland, Public
Local Laws of Maryland, in public meeting assembled this 26th day of
May, 1960, do hereby repeal Section 3 of the Charter of the Town of
Gaithersburg, Maryland, said Charter enacted by the Mayor and Town
Council in public meeting assembled the 13th day of March, 1958. Section
3 of the Charter of the Town of Gaithersburg, is re-enacted to read:
Sections (a) Boundaries Prescribed.
The limits of said Town shall be as follows: Beginning at a stone
planted on the dividing line between Ignatius T. Fulks and Ettinge M.
Hinkley, and running thence with a straight line across the lands of John W.
Walker and others, to a stone planted on the northeastern corner of Nathan
