Director finds will be fair and reasonable as to all affected interests;
and] Wages, upon the basis of which an individual may become
entitled to benefits under an unemployment insurance law of another
state or of the federal government, shall be deemed to be wages for
insured work for the purpose of determining his benefits under this
article; and wages for insured work, on the basis of which an
individual may become entitled to benefits under this article shall
be deemed to be wages on the basis of which unemployment insur-
ance is payable under such law of another state or of the federal
government. No such arrangement shall be entered into unless it
contains provision for reimbursement to the fund for such of the
benefits paid under this article on the basis of such wages and
provision for reimbursement from the fund for such benefits paid
under such other law on the basis of wages for insured work, as the
Executive Director finds will be fair and reasonable to all affected
interests; and

(b) Reimbursements paid from the fund pursuant to paragraph
(3) of subsection (a) of this section shall be deemed to be benefits
for the purpose of all sections [3 and 10] of this article. The
Executive Director is authorized to make to other state or federal
agencies and to receive from such other state or federal agencies,
reimbursments from or to the fund, in accordance with arrangements
entered into pursuant to subsection (a) of this section.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

CHAPTER 778
(House Bill 1452)

AN ACT to add new Section 8-12A to the Code of Public Local Laws
of Frederick County (1959 Edition, being Article 11 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Frederick County,"
subtitle "Finance and Taxation," to follow immediately after
Section 8-12 thereof, providing for the sale by the county treasurer
of Frederick County of any real property where the owner has
failed to pay his front foot assessments for water and sewer
services.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 8-12A be and it is hereby added to the Code of
Public Local Laws of Frederick County (1959 Edition, being Article
11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Frederick
County," subtitle "Finance and Taxation," to follow immediately
after Section 8-12 thereof, and to read as follows:

8-12.

A. If any person shall be assessed upon the assessment book
of the county with front foot assessments for water and sewer
