AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 5 (G) (7),
5(G) (14) (b), and 5(G) (18) (b) of Chapter 435 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1968, to provide for changing and adding
certain items to projects authorized in the General Construction
Loan of 1968 for construction at Greenbriar, Rocky Gap, and
Susquehanna State Parks., AND REDUCING A CERTAIN AP-
PROPRIATION.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 5(G)(7), 5(G)(14)(b), and 5(G)(18)(b) of Chapter
435 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1968, be and they are
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(G) (7) Greenbriar State Park:
[Phase II, Stage "C" development to include
construction of two (2) shower buildings, one
(1) comfort station, a camping access road,
camping loop roads and preparation of fifty (50)
camp sites] Continued development of day use
facilities, including comfort stations, roads,
parking, beach improvements, extension of utili-
ties, and miscellaneous site work; construction of
maintenance shop and superintendent's resi-
dence ........................................................................$185,000
(G) (14) Rocky Gap State Park:
(b) [Phase II, Stage "A"] Development to include
planning complete sewer and water systems and
the installation of sewer and water lines crossing
lake; completion of dam; design and initial con-
struction of beach and boating facilities; reloca-
tion of service road to beacon on Evitts Moun-
tain ..........................................................................$180,000
(G) (18) Susquehanna State Park:
[Phase II, State "B" development to include
roads and parking, utilities, three (3) shower
buildings and water storage] Continued develop-
ment of the swimming basin and related facili-
ties; initial development of the camping area,
including roads, camp sites, shower buildings,
and utilities ..............................................................$357,000
