Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 53(1) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1957 Edition and 1968 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beve-
rages," subtitle "General Provisions on Issue of Licenses," sub-
heading "Prince George's County," be and the same is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted with amendments, to read as follows:

53. Prince George's County—Generally.

(1) Number of licenses issued.—The number of licenses of each
class of alcoholic beverage licenses in Prince George's County un-
less otherwise indicated in this section shall not exceed the following
maximum amounts:

Beer license, Class A                                           25

Beer license, Class B                                             7

Beer license, Class C                                           10

Beer license, Class D                                          [52] 55

Beer and light wine license, Class A                      20

Beer and light wine license, Class B                      18
