(e) (C-1) Escaping from "Farm Labor"—If a prisoner released
from actual confinement under a "Farm Labor" plan escapes or other-
wise goes at large he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon con-
viction, shall be subject to the penalties provided in Section 139 of
this Article.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

AN ACT to add new subsection (k) to Section 68 of Article 2B of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume and

1968  Supplement) title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Renewal
of Licenses," to provide that in Montgomery County the holder or
holders of an Alcoholic Beverage License issued prior to July 1,

1969  and the person actively in charge of the business being con-
ducted under such license shall submit their photographs with the
renewal application filed in 1970 for such license and have their
fingerprints taken.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That subsection (k) be added to Section 68 of Article 2B of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume and 1968
Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Renewal of
Licenses," to follow immediately after subsection (j) of said section
and to read as follows:

68. General procedure.

(k) Montgomery County.—In Montgomery County the renewal
application filed in 1970 for an Alcoholic Beverage License issued
prior to July 1, 1969 shall be accompanied by clear and recent photo-
graphs of the holder or holders of such license and the person actively
in charge of the business being conducted under the license. In addi-
tion, the holder or holders of such license and the person actively in
charge of the business being conducted under the license shall have
their fingerprints taken.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.
