B. Each approach zone district shall be divided into an inner
area and an outer area as indicated on the airport zoning map for
the Friendship International Airport, which map is filed in the land
records of Baltimore City and Anne Arundel County.

(r) (3) (i) Height limits. Except as otherwise provided in these
regulations or Sections 11 to 25 and the county resolution afore-
mentioned, no structure or tree shall be erected, altered, allowed
to grow, or maintained in any district established by these regu-
lations to a height in excess of the height limit herein established
for such district. The datum plane for measurements of such shall
be mean sea level as established by the U. S. Coast & Geodetic Survey.
The definitions of "structure" and "tree" as set out in said [section]
subsection (n) (7) and (8) shall be applicable.

(o) The airport zoning regulations adopted pursuant to the
power and authority contained in Section 16, inclusive, of Article
1A, Annotated Code of Maryland, and in this section and all the
provisions of said [sections] section and this section shall be so
arranged under one cover to the end that all of the laws and regu-
lations applicable to airport zoning may be found in one place. A
true and accurate copy of any and all such laws, rules and regula-
tions pertaining to airport zoning shall be kept on file at all times
in the office of the Airport Zoning Board and in the office of the
Maryland Airport Authority which shall be open to inspection by
the public at all times during regular office hours.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, SectionS SEC-
TION 67(4) AND 21(48) of Article 101 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume), title "Workmen's Compen-
sation," subtitles SUBTITLE "Miscellaneous," AND TO ADD
NEW SECTION 21 (49A) TO SAID ARTICLE AND TITLE,
SUBTITLE "APPLICATION OF ARTICLE; EXTRA-HAZARD-
OUS EMPLOYMENTS," RESPECTIVELY TO IMMEDIATELY
FOLLOW SECTION 21(49) THEREOF, to redefine the term
employment" for purposes of the workmen's compensation laws,
with particular respect to employment for pecuniary gain. RE-
DEFINING THE TERM "EMPLOYMENT" FOR PURPOSES
OF THE WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION LAWS TO INCLUDE
ELEEMOSYNARY AND NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS
AND TO BRING NURSES, NURSES-AIDES AND HOSPITAL
ORDERLIES WITHIN THE APPLICATION OF THE WORK-
MEN'S COMPENSATION LAWS.
