(4) To purchase and maintain or rent audiometric equipment
and facilities necessary to carry out the examination of applicants
for registration.

(5)    To issue and renew certificates of registration and certificates
of endorsement.

(6)    To suspend or revoke certificates of registration and certifi-
cates of endorsement pursuant to this subtitle.

(7)    To appoint representatives to conduct or supervise the ex-
amination of applicants for registration.

(8)    To designate the time and place for examining applicants
for certificates of registration.

(9)    To make and publish rules and regulations not inconsistent
with the laws of this State which are necessary to carry out the
provisions of this subtitle.

(10)    To require the periodic inspection of audiometric testing
equipment and to carry out the periodic inspection of facilities of
persons who practice the fitting of hearing aids.

74-0. Disposition of Receipts.

Monies received by the Board in the administration of this sub-
title shall be accounted for to the State Comptroller and credited to
the general funds in the State Treasury.

741. Penalties and Remedies.

(a)    Violation of any provision SECTIONS 726, 727, 736, OR
737 of this subtitle is a misdemeanor punishable, upon conviction,
by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment for not more
than ninety days, or both.

(b)    The Board may enforce any provision of this subtitle by
injunction or by any other appropriate proceeding. No such proceed-
ing shall be barred by any proceeding had or pending pursuant to
subsection (a) of this Section or by the imposition of any fine or term
of imprisonment pursuant thereto.

742. Hearings and Judicial Review.

(a)    No certificate pursuant to this subtitle may be suspended,
revoked, denied, or renewal denied without a hearing, if requested
by the certificate holder or applicant, on due notice.

(b)    Any action of the Board taken pursuant to or under color of
this subtitle shall be reviewable as provided in the administrative
procedure act
ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE ACT, in Article
41 of this Code.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.
