Upon Highways," to provide that in ALLEGANY COUNTY,
BALTIMORE COUNTY, CECIL COUNTY, FREDERICK COUN-
TY, HOWARD COUNTY AND Washington County, any person
who operates a motor vehicle on private property which is used
by the general public is subject to the same laws as if the motor
vehicle were being operated on a public highway.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 317B of Article 66½ of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1968 Supplement), title "Motor Vehicles," subtitle "Operation
of Vehicles Upon Highways," be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

317B.

In ALLEGANY, BALTIMORE, CECIL, FREDERICK, HOW-
ARD, Prince George's [and] , Talbot and Washington counties any
person operating a motor vehicle on private property which is used
by the public in general in violation of the provisions of this sub-
title shall be deemed in violation of the law to the same extent as if
the motor vehicle were being operated on a public highway and the
violation carries the same penalty.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

AN ACT to add new Sections 192 (b) (iiii), 192 (c-1) (iiii), and
192 (g) (iii) , AND 192 (G) (IV) to Article 43 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1965 Replacement Volume and 1968 Supple-
ment), title "Health," subtitle "Adulteration of Food and Drink,"
to follow immediately after Sections 192 (b) (iii), and 192 (c-1)
(iii) and 192 (g) (ii), respectively, thereof and to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, Sections 192 (B) (II), 192 (C-1) (II),
192 (e), 192 (f), 192 (G) (II), 192 (h) and 193 (a) of Article 43
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Replacement Volume
and 1968 Supplement), title "Health," subtitle "Adulteration of
Food and Drink," to provide for the definitions of certain dairy
and related products and to establish production and marketing
standards applicable thereto.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Sections 192 (b) (iiii), 192 (c-1) (iiii), and 192 (g) (iii)
, AND 192 (G) (IV) be and they are hereby added to Article 43 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Replacement Volume and
1968 Supplement), title "Health," subtitle "Adulteration of Food
