attached thereto a white tag, upon which shall appear: (1) the
words "All New Material" and a statement showing the kind of
materials used in filling the article; (2) the manufacturer's or supply
dealer's license or registry number; and (3) when required to be
disinfected, the words "Contents Disinfected" or "Contents Steril-
ized" and the number of the disinfection permit of the person who
disinfected the article or material.

(b)    Every article of bedding or upholstered furniture covered
by this subtitle containing any second-hand material shall have
attached thereto a yellow tag, upon which shall appear: (1) the
words "Second-hand Material" and a statement showing the kind of
materials used in filling the article; (2) the words "Contents
Disinfected" or "Contents Sterilized", with the disinfection permit
number of the person who performed the work; and (3) the manu-
facturer's license or registry number.

(c)    A complete second-hand article of bedding, which has not
been remade or renovated, may be sold "as is" after being disinfected,
but the tag, if any, which is attached to it shall be removed by the
retail vendor who purchases it from the immediately prior user,
and the purchaser shall have the item disinfected and shall have the
disinfector attach a yellow tag (1) bearing his permit number, and
(2) stating that the article is "second-hand
contents disinfected;"
and this requirement shall apply (1) to sales at public auction, or
(2) to a private
AUCTION sale from the home of the owner direct to
the consumer.

(d)    The terms used on the tag to describe filling materials shall
be restricted to those defined in the rules and regulations of the
Department, and no trade or substitute terms shall be used, but if
filling materials are used for which there is no definition in the rules
and regulations, the label shall be imprinted with the descriptive
term approved by the Department.

(e)    Whenever a tag is required by this subtitle, it requires
approval by the Department.

67E.

(a) Each license and permit shall expire one (1) year from date
of issue and shall be subsequently renewed annually upon payment
to the Department of the annual fee. Fees for each license and
permit under this subtitle shall be as follows:

Manufacturer's License .............................    $35.00 $50.00 annually

Renovator's License ...................................    $35.00 $50.00 annually

Wholesale Dealer's License .......................    $35.00 $50.00 annually

Importer's License .....................................    $35.00 $50.00 <
