of Robinhood Road, a county road, and thence following the center
line of Robinhood Road in a Southerly direction until it intersects
Northwesterly right of way line of the Pulaski Highway, thence
running in a Southwesterly direction along the right of way line
of the Pulaski Highway to the center line of Swan Creek, thence
along the center line of Swan Creek to a point at its mouth equi-
distant from the shore lines at Swan Creek Point and Plum Point
and thence by a straight line having a bearing of North 45° 00' 00"
East until it intersects the boundary line of Cecil and Harford
Counties in the head of the Chesapeake Bay; thence with the boundary
between Cecil and Harford Counties in a Northwesterly direction in
the Chesapeake Bay and in the Susquehanna River, to the place of
beginning.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
January 1, 1971.

CHAPTER 462
(Senate Bill 589)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 645S of
Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1967 Replacement
Volume and 1968 Cumulative Supplement), title "Crimes and
Punishments," subtitle "Employment of Prisoners," exempting
Prince George's County from the provisions of the subtitle, and
adding new Section 645U of Article 27 to follow immediately after
Section 645T thereof, to authorize the Prince George's County
Commissioners to establish a "work release" program for persons
sentenced to terms in the county jail or detention center, to author-
ize judges of the Circuit Court for Prince George's County and the
People's Court of Prince George's County to permit persons con-
victed in their courts to participate in a "work release" program,
to authorize the warden of the county jail or detention center to
collect the wages of persons engaged in a work release program and
to make certain deductions therefrom, and establish penalties for
persons who violate the conditions of the work release and relating
generally thereto.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 645S of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1967 Replacement Volume and 1968 Cumulative Supplement), title
"Crimes and Punishments," subtitle "Employment of Prisoners," be
and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, and that
new Section 645U of said Article be and it is hereby enacted to
follow immediately after Section 645T thereof, and all to read as
follows:

645S.

The provisions of this subtitle apply in Baltimore City and in all
counties except Dorchester, Montgomery, Somerset, Prince George's
and Wicomico Counties.
