The Board may enter into agreements for reciprocity with any
State possessing laws which are equivalent to the provisions of this
subtitle.

A Registered Sanitarian who holds a valid current registration
certificate may use the title "Registered Sanitarian," or the initials
"R.S." after his name.
736.
(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to represent himself as a
Registered Sanitarian without being registered with the Board and
without holding a currently valid certificate of registration issued
by the Board.
(b) A person who violates the provisions of Subsection (a), upon
conviction, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and may be fined not
more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), or imprisoned for not more
than 60 days, or both.
Sec. 2. If any provision of this Act or the application thereof
to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity shall
not affect other provisions or applications of the Act which can be
given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this
end the provisions of this Act are declared to be severable.
Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

AN ACT to add new Section 407 to Article 41 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1965 Replacement Volume and 1968 Supple-
ment), title "Governor—Executive and Administrative Depart-
ments," to follow immediately after Section 406 thereof and to
be under the new subtitle "Commission on Negro History and
Culture," establishing a Commission on Negro History and Cul-
ture, providing generally for its membership, employees, com-
pensation, expenses, powers and duties, and relating generally to
the work of this Commission to study Negro history and culture
and report its findings and recommendations to the Governor and
General Assembly of Maryland. , AND PROVIDING FOR THE
ENDING OF THE COMMISSION'S EXISTENCE.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 407 be and it is hereby added to Article 41 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Replacement Volume and
