People within the Province of Maryland & all others whom these

p^rsents may Concern Greeting &ca Whereas it appears by y^e acco^t

upon Oath of Elizabeth Lynch Adm^a of Henry Lynch late of y^e Said

County decd . that she hath fully Adm^rd (viz) hath paid & Assumed to pay

the Debts of the deceased So far forth as the Law will Charge her.

Wee doe therefore hereby finally dismisse & fully discharge the Said

Elizabeth Lynch Adm^rx from all and any further Reckoning or

accounting in that respect to be made So long as the Same appeareth

void of fraud or deceipt, Saveing to all other their Rights by these

dayes for Livin Denwood plt agt Jn^o Jenner Dft & humbly

prayed Order for y^e Same, w^ch to him was granted. //

This Bill bindeth me Swan Swanson of Somerset County in the

Province of Maryland Planter my Heirs Extors & Adm^rs to pay

or Cause to be paid unto Edward Green of the afd County Gent

his Heirs Extors Adm^rs or Assigns y^e full & just Sum of four

hundred thirty five pounds of good Sound Mertable tobacco and

Caske Convenient at Snow hill landing in y^e afd County at or

upon y^e 10^th day of October ensueing the date hereof as Witness

my hand & Seal this 11^th day of May anno Domini 1695 –
