Because that in the Record & Process as also in the rendring of judgm^t of a Certain

plea which was before y^w in o^r sd County Court lately depending Between ffra.

Jenckins Plt & Ephraim Wilson Dft Manifest Error (as tis Said) hath –

happened to the great damage of the sd Ephraim as of his Complaint wee

have received, Wee Willing that the Error (if any be) should in due manner

be Corrected & full & Speedy Justice done to the said Parties in y^e p^rmisses doe

therefore Comand y^w that if judgtm^t be rendered as afd, then the Record and

processe of y^e judgm^t afd with all things touching the Same, to us before

the Justices of our Provincial Court to be held at our Port of Annapolis the

last Tuesday in ffebry next, under y^e hand & Seal distinctly & openly

you Send , that inspection being thereunto had, we may cause further to

be done, what according to Right, the laws & Constitutions of this —

Province ought to be done therein , And further that y^w cause the sd ffra

to be then & there p^rsent to hear the errors afd (if any be) thereof fail not

& have y^e there this Writt Witness our Self at our sd Port of Annapolis the

19^th day of October in y^e 7^th year of our Reign Annoq Domii 1695

the last tuesday in ffebruary next under y^r hands and Seale distinctly and

openly you Send that inspection being thereunto had wee may Cause

matter to be done, what of Right and according to the Laws & Customes

of this our Province of Maryland ought to be done, and further that

you Cause the sd James Round that he be then & there p^rsent to hear y^e

Errors afd (if any be) hereof y^w are not to fail & have y^w there this Writt

Wittness our Self at our sd Port of Annapolis this nineteenth day of
