William the Third by the Grace of God of England Scotland ffrance & Ireland

Defender of the faith &ca . To the Justices of or County Court of Somerset County Greeting

Because that in the Record & Process as also in the rendring of judgmt of a Certain

plea which was before yw in or sd County Court lately depending Between ffra.

Jenckins Plt & Ephraim Wilson Dft Manifest Error (as tis Said) hath –

happened to the great damage of the sd Ephraim as of his Complaint wee

have received, Wee Willing that the Error (if any be) should in due manner

be Corrected & full & Speedy Justice done to the said Parties in ye prmisses doe

therefore Comand yw that if judgtmt be rendered as afd, then the Record and

processe of ye judgmt afd with all things touching the Same, to us before

the Justices of our Provincial Court to be held at our Port of Annapolis the

last Tuesday in ffebry next, under ye hand & Seal distinctly & openly

you Send , that inspection being thereunto had, we may cause further to

be done, what according to Right, the laws & Constitutions of this —

Province ought to be done therein , And further that yw cause the sd ffra

to be then & there prsent to hear the errors afd (if any be) thereof fail not

& have ye there this Writt Witness our Self at our sd Port of Annapolis the

19th day of October in ye 7th year of our Reign Annoq Domii 1695

openly you Send that inspection being thereunto had wee may Cause

matter to be done, what of Right and according to the Laws & Customes

of this our Province of Maryland ought to be done, and further that

you Cause the sd James Round that he be then & there prsent to hear ye

Errors afd (if any be) hereof yw are not to fail & have yw there this Writt

Wittness our Self at our sd Port of Annapolis this nineteenth day of

October in ye Seventh year of our Reign Anno Domi 1695
