Order Read concerning ye Vestrymen to give accot of totall prceedings ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ John Hamlin So Called, Sonn of George Hamlin was this day brought to Court & was, adjudged to be three & a half years old and was put Apprentice to Widdow Turvile Relict of Wm Turvile decd till he the sd John attain to the age of One & twenty years, She the Said Widdow acknowledgeing to give the sd John one years Schooling and when the sd John is twelve years old a two year old Heifer with all her increase also – – – – – – –
Upon Petion to the Worll Court by Alice Hall Relict of Charles Hall deceased Concerning James Smothers Sonn of Ja Smother The sd Alice produced the sd James Indenture which was read in Court, humbly Craves the Court opinion thereon, the Court Opinion is that the sd Indenture is a good & Lawfull Indenture & that he the sd James Ought to Serve according to that Indenture with her the sd Alice, he the sd James in open Court being willing thereto // - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
