The sd Margarett Traine this day appeared in Court & upon her Examtion

Saith upon her Oath taken in Court, that about twelve months agoe she

See the foresd John Genner have hold of an Ewe which the sd Jenner

perceiving to be discovered lett goe sd Ewe and then his nakedness

covered with his leather apron which nakedness she said did not See

and further said that he the sd Genner would often have laid with her

telling her the sd Margarett that he would not gett her with Child and

pr force would have thrown her down askeing to knock her. Likewise

the said Margarett further said that he the sd Jenner had made Sundry

offers to lye with her Sister also added that sd Jenner used to force

ye Indian Women as was discovered by her mother, sd Jenners Wife

as also spoke of two Negro Basterds &ca. - - - - - - - -

        Ordered by the Court that three Hue & Cryes be issued out

        after the sd Jenner which was drawn & Sent 3 Severall

        wayes // viz) one to Nanticoke, one to the Sea Side & the

        other towards the whore kill, all intimateing the nature

        of the Crime &ca. //

Ordered that William Jenckins Senior be fyned for Vain Swearing

in Open Court . //

      Ordered that sd Wm Jenckins be fyned again for vain Swearing

      without Court . // Mary Baskett flyned for Basterdy:vid [ker]

        Memorand these two last fines were forgott to be given

        into my accot in October 1695. wch I made Oath to before

        Governr Nicholson & Councell. must be put in ye next accot

November Court 1695. & found 539 Amerciamts at 30 pr Amercmts
