152 Debtor, of a plea of trespass upon the Case, The said Thomas Jones being unable to Satisfie us our debt due from the Said Henry Smith and from him the said Thomas Jones, until the sd Thomas Jones recover from the Said Henry Smith the debt afd, as the Said Thomas Jones shall reasonably show, for want whereof (as is Said he is grieviously damaged and the receit of Such our debt delayed hereof fail not and have yw then & there this Writt.
