Know all Men by these presents that I William Coulbourne, doe

Bargaine & Sell, and by these presents doe Sell unto John Atkins

Two hundred Acres of Land betwixt John Taylor & my now

dwelling house (viz) to have eighty pole on the Creek according

to the former Survey, the one hundred to be old Rights, and the

other to be new for the Sum of twelve thousand pounds of tobacco

to be paid between this & 1693 . And to the performance of

makeing over the Said Land, I bind my Self my Heirs or Extors

in the Sum or quantity of Twenty four thousand of Tobacco, the

Said Atkins promiseing that if he Sells the Said Land to Lett me

the Said Coulbourne have the Refusor of it as Cheap as any one
