The Court being Calld Tho sheriff of the County made return of his

Venire and a List or panel of the Grand Jury were returned as follows

(viz) Rich^d Chambers, Wm Parker, Henry Hudson, Char Nicholson, Leonard

Jones Senio^r , Donnam Olondman, Rich^d Carey Robert Johnson, William

Dixon, John Powell, Wm Powell, Walter Evans, Afra Dozi Johnson , Robert

Polke Sen^r, John Blizard, Arch: Smith, Adam Spence, Tho Quillain, Leo

Jones Junr, Thomas Bromley, & four more were returnd Sumoned, but

gave reasons by others for their non appearance which was excused, which

Said Grand Jury being legally Sumoned & returned, was then Sworn upon

the holy Evangelists, and having had the whole charge read unto them

were by the Court Sent forth to Consult &ca.
