legible notices at least ten inches by twelve inches in size placed not
more than one hundred yards apart which shall bear the following
warning:

Special Dog Training Area Hunting Is Unlawful

This Land is Set Aside Under Special Permit for the Training of
Dogs

Entering Hereon for the Purpose of Hunting or Disturbing Game
or Permitting Dogs to Enter Without Proper Authorization is Pun-
ishable by a Penalty of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) for each offense.

Each person violating any of the foregoing provisions of this sec-
tion shall upon summary conviction be sentenced to pay a fine of
Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) for each offense, together with the
costs of prosecution.

It is unlawful for any person wilfully, negligently or maliciously
to cut, remove, cover-up, deface or otherwise mutilate, injure or de-
stroy any special dog training area boundary fence or wire or poster
placed in accordance with the provisions of this section. Each person
violating any provision of this paragraph shall upon summary con-
viction be sentenced to pay a fine of Ten Dollars ($10.00) for each
offense, together with costs of prosecution.

151. Methods of hunting; licenses to hunt from boats.

(b)    License to hunt from boats in certain counties.—The clerks
of the circuit courts of Allegany, Frederick, Carroll, Montgomery,
Washington and Worcester counties, upon the application of any
resident of [Allegany, Carroll, Frederick, Montgomery, Washington
and Worcester counties] Maryland, being the owner of any skiff or
rowboat as herein allowed to be used in hunting of wild waterfowl
on the waters of the Monocacy and Potomac rivers in Frederick
County and on the waters of the Monocacy River in Carroll County
and on the waters of the Potomac River in Allegany, Montgomery
and Washington counties and on the waters of Chincoteague Bay,
Sinepuxent Bay, Isle of Wight, Assawoman Bay and their respective
tributaries in Worcester County, shall issue to said applicants a
license under the seal of his court to gun for and shoot at wild water-
fowl from such boat, the cost of which shall be five dollars ($5.00)
for each and every boat, and in addition to the moneys received from
licenses aforesaid the clerk of the court shall collect and retain in
lieu of all compensation the sum of fifty cents (50˘) for issuing
said license. Every licensee shall be required to paint his name and
license number on some prominent part of said skiff or rowboat in
large legible letters and numbers to correspond with said name and
number of license issued to him. Said license shall only be valid
during the current open season provided by law for hunting of wild
waterfowl in this State.

(c)    License to hunt from boats in certain counties—disposition
of proceeds.—The clerks of the circuit courts of Allegany, Carroll,
Frederick, Montgomery, Washington, Harford, Cecil and Worcester
