(8) "Tree" means any object of natural growth.

(o)  Regulations. The airport zoning regulations adopted pursu-
ant to the power and authority contained in Section 16, inclusive of
Article 1A, Annotated Code of Maryland, and in this section and all
the provisions of said sections and this section shall be so arranged
under one cover to the end that all of the laws and regulations ap-
plicable to airport zoning may be found in one place. A true and
accurate copy of any and all such laws, rules and regulations per-
taining to airport zoning shall be kept on file at all times in the office
of the Airport Zoning Board and in the office of the Maryland Air-
port Authority which shall be open to inspection by the public at
all times during regular office hours.

(p) Zoning Board; penalty provisions. Any person who violates
any of the provisions of said Section 16 or any rule or regulation
promulgated or issued by the Airport Zoning Board shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction in any court of competent
jurisdiction, shall be fined not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00)
nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). Every such person
shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day, or any
part thereof, that any such violation continues.

(q) Severability provisions. In case it should be judicially de-
termined that any word, phrase, clause, item, sentence, paragraph
or section of this subtitle, or the application thereof, to any person
or circumstance, is invalid, the remaining provisions and the applica-
tion of such provisions to other persons or circumstances shall not
be affected thereby, it hereby being declared that such remaining
provisions of this subtitle without the word, phrase, clause, item,
sentence, paragraph or section, or the application thereof, so held
invalid, would have been enacted.

Boundaries
(r) Boundary provisions.

(1)  Districts. To carry out the purposes of Sections (d) to (q),
inclusive, of this section, three (3) types of airport zoning districts
are hereby approved and established for the Friendship International
Airport for that land area within a circle whose radius is four (4)
miles from a point whose Maryland Grid Coordinates are E893,909.99
N490,279.30: (i) approach zone districts, (ii) transition zone dis-
tricts, and (iii) turning zone districts.

A.  There shall be twelve (12) approach zone districts, twenty-four
(24) transition zone districts, and one (1) turning zone district.

B.  Each approach zone district shall be divided into an inner area
and an outer area as indicated on the Airport Zoning Map for the
Friendship International Airport? ,
WHICH MAP IS FILED IN
THE LAND RECORDS OF BALTIMORE CITY AND ANNE
ARUNDEL COUNTY.

(2)  Boundaries. The boundaries of each district are hereby es-
tablished as shown on a map entitled "Airport Zoning Map for
Friendship International Airport," and which is attached hereto and
is hereby made part of these Airport Zoning Regulations as though
written herein. Copies of said map shall be
