If the owner also resides within the corporate limits of any
municipality or special taxing area in a county, the municipality
or special taxing area shall be entitled to receive from the county
one half of the fee paid to the county for such vehicles.!

[In the case of farm tractors, the payment to the county shall be
$2.00 and if the owner also resides in a municipality or special taxing
area, such municipality or taxing area shall be entitled to receive
from the county the sum of $1.00.1

(h) Class G, pneumatic tires.— (1) Registration fees for
trailers and semitrailers shall be based upon gross shipping chassis
weight as certified by the manufacturer, with specifications for the
vehicle and/or load, as follows:

(2) Provided further that in addition to the aforegoing regis-
trations, the Department shall issue registrations to be known as
"semidump trailer service registration" upon application therefor
and certification by the applicant that the vehicle for which registra-
tion is sought is a semidump trailer for the transportation of loose
material in bulk. Gross weight limitations shall be those specified for
the tractor operated in combination with this vehicle. The Depart-
ment may so issue license tags hereafter issued of this class as to
distinguish their character and shall in any event be required to
stamp registration cards issued pursuant to such application with
the words "semidump trailer service" to indicate the specific char-
acter thereof. An applicant for semidump trailer service registra-
tion plates authorized herein shall pay therefor on each vehicle at
the rate of [three, hundred and seventy ($370.00)] four hundred
and ninety-five ($495.00)
dollars per vehicle. Except when operating
on divided highway of two or more lanes in each direction and except
when not loaded, tractors in combination with vehicles so registered
shall at no time be operated at a rate of speed in excess of thirty-
five (35) miles per hour and the fixing of this maximum limitation
shall not be deemed to enlarge or increase any lesser speed limits
fixed by any other law, ordinance, rule or regulation. Tractors so
registered which are not subject to the thirty-five (35) miles per
hour maximum speed limit shall be governed by speed limits as
set forth elsewhere in this article. The combination of a registered
Class F tractor and a vehicle having a semidump trailer service
registration when operated as a unit for the transportation of loose
materials in bulk within a radius of not more than forty (40)
