Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Howard County,"
subtitle "Trailer Camps," and to enact new Sections 303 and 304 in
lieu thereof to stand in the place of the Sections so repealed, to
amend the laws of Howard County dealing with the tax on trailer
camps.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 303 and 304 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Howard County (1965 Edition, being Article 14 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Howard County," subtitle
"Trailer Camps," be and they are hereby repealed, and that new
Sections 303 and 304 be and they are hereby enacted in lieu thereof
to stand in the place of the Sections so repealed, and to read as fol-
lows:
303.
The annual license fee for each trailer coach park shall be $2.00 on
each and every trailer coach space within the said trailer coach park.
In addition to the annual license fee there shall be an annual tax
of $4.8.00 on each and every occupied trailer coach space. This tax
and license fee shall be credited to the General Fund, Howard County,
Maryland. The fee for the transfer of a license as provided in this
subtitle shall be $5.00.
304.
The aforesaid annual license fee and annual tax shall be paid
quarterly on forms to be furnished by the county commissioners by
every person, firm or corporation operating any trailer coach park.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

AN ACT to add new Sections 347A to 347F, inclusive, to the Code
of Public Local Laws of Calvert County (1963 Edition, being
Article 5 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title
"Calvert County", to follow immediately after Section 347 thereof,
and to be under the new subtitle "Pawn Shops", to regulate the
business of pawn shops in Calvert County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Sections 347A to 347F, inclusive, be and they are hereby
added to the Code of Public Local Laws of Calvert County (1963
Edition, being Article 5 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land), title "Calvert County", to follow immediately after Section
347 thereof, to be under the new subtitle "Pawn Shops", and to
read as follows:
Pawn Shops
347A.
For the purpose of this subtitle the term "pawn shops" shall in-
clude any business establishment, where goods are accepted as
security for the loan of money or other consideration.
