Liquor Control Boards and Dispensaries," be and it is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

161.

(e) In Somerset County the county liquor dispensaries may be
established and maintained only at Crisfield, [and] Princess
Anne[.], and in Dublin Election District.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

CHAPTER 400
(House Bill 1323)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 329G of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Kent County (1959 Edition),
being Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Kent County," subtitle "Plumbing and Health," as last
amended by Chapter 373 of the Acts of 1967; to provide the per
diem allowance for members of the Kent County Plumbing Board.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 329G of the Code of Public Local Laws of Kent County
(1959 Edition), being Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "Kent County," subtitle "Plumbing and Health,"
as last amended by Chapter 373 of the Acts of 1967 be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

329G.

The County Commissioners shall appoint a County Plumbing
Board which shall consist of five (5) members made up of a rep-
resentative of the Master Plumbers Association of Kent County,
and architect, engineer, or builder, and three (3) persons not con-
nected with plumbing or the building trade. One of the members
shall be appointed to a five year term; one to a four year term; one
to a three year term, and one to a one year term and as these terms
expire all terms shall be for five years. Said County Plumbing Board
shall meet at least once a month at the office of the Plumbing
Board. The Chairman AND OTHER BOARD MEMBERS shall re-
ceive [fifteen dollars ($15.00) per meeting for expenses and the
other Board members shall receive ten dollars ($10.00) per meeting
for expenses] per diem compensation as designated by the County
Commissioners.
In addition to the other duties hereinafter set forth,
it shall hear and decide all questions in dispute between property
owners, or their agents, and the plumbing inspector. Said County
Plumbing Board shall also act as adviser to the County Commis-
sioners with respect to the administration and enforcement of the
provisions of this law. Any person, firm or corporation aggrieved
by the decision of the County Plumbing Board may appeal to the
Circuit Court for Kent County.
