(House Bill 1279)

AN ACT to add new Sections 8(b-l), 9(b-l), 10(g-l), 11 (g-1) to
Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition
and 1967 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Beer
Licenses," to follow immediately after Sections 8(b), 9(b), 10(g)
and 11(g), respectively, to increase the fees for beer licenses in
Dorchester County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Sections 8(b-l), 9(b-l), 10(g-l), 11(g-1) be and they are
hereby added to Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition and 1967 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle
"Beer Licenses," to follow immediately after Sections 8(b), 9(b),
10(g) and 11 (g), respectively, and to read as follows:

8.

(b-1) In Dorchester County the annual license fee for such
license shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00).

9.

(b-1) In Dorchester County the annual license fee for such
license shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).

10.

(g-1) In Dorchester County the annual fee for such license shall
be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).

11.

(g-1) In Dorchester County the annual fee for such license shall
be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

(House Bill 1304)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 73F(b)
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Charles County (1959 Edition
and 1964 Supplement, being Article 9 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "Charles County," subtitle "County Com-
missioners," as said section was enacted by Chapter 403 of the
Acts of 1966, amending the laws concerning scholarships for cer-
tain nurses and technicians in Charles County in order to change
the procedure and the requirements for the award of these
scholarships.
